It all started when…
I started college, and developed time management skills and learned how to prioritize things in life. One of them being my health. Also asking questions like, “how much water should I actually drink a day?” or “why is it that squats make my quads bigger, but my calves will never get smaller?” Doing certain activities, trying new foods to make it a new lifestyle can be daunting.
Here is my advice to those who need some clarity on an unfiltered plethora of knowledge we all get exposed to. The multi-billion dollar Health & Wellness industry that not only wants your money, but your most precious commodity: TIME. (Cue to my iPhone telling me every Sunday my average screen time. Cringe!)
